Chipper Style Workout. With your team the goal is to grind through this workout . don’t sprint. Work methodically through to achieve the desired number. Hunt in packs of 3. The goal is to get as far through the chipper as possible. You are not necessarily expected to finish but if you get there hit the bike hard to the line !
