Weekly 1on1 boxing 30minute session with a coach to hone on specific skills
Access to 3 exclusive group classes / week to build community and put your new skills to action

MWF 6am
MTTh 7:30pm
Nutritional Guidance and 2 InBody composition scans to maximize + track results
Expect hands on coaching to learn proper boxing stance, footwork technique, “the 6 punches”, defensive maneuvers, agility drills and dedicated mittwork to make you extra sharp
Nonmembers also get 4 week open gym membership to work on any accessory strength + conditioning work
