All classes at Pharos are designed to be all levels…but when you’re first starting out, it doesn’t always feel that way.
We know how hard it can be to learn the lingo + the moves and feel comfortable settling in, so we created a little 1-on-1 crash course in the fundamentals known as The ONRAMP Series.
This 1month, 8 session 1on1 private training package is designed to teach new athletes all the primary movements + programming styles to safely Onramp you into classes or Open Gym at Pharos Athletic Club.
We have two tracks for the Onramp Series
Onramp to Strength (BUILD + TRAIN)
*Open to athletes within first 3months of membership*
Onramp to Machine Strength (Open Gym + Base Tutorial)
In 8 sessions, You can expect to:
Achieve Basic Mastery of Fundamental Movement + Strength Exercises
Assess + Address Mobility Issues + Imbalances
