COACH NOAH DAVID

OBJECTIVE There are few metrics that tell us more about an athlete than their 2,000 meter row time. It’s a combination of aerobic capacity, muscle endurance, power output, and skill—so if we can become great rowers, chances are that we can be good at pretty much anything else, too. 

This month, we’re going to build our rowing capacity through targeted speed and endurance work that will take us to the next level, no matter where we’re starting out. 

FORMAT 2x weekly

  1. INTERVAL DAY (fast)

  2. ENDURANCE DAY (rowing well at a sustainable pace)
