MACROSTAX FOOD LOG - In order to give you better customized guidance, we usually recommend seeing 2-5 days of a food log (written down OR with our partner app Macrostax. Once we pair you with a coach, look out for an email from Macrostax inviting you to join the Pharos team. Create an account and start scoping out the app and how to easily log your food.
Please note: the app will create macros for you, but disregard them until your coach has had a chance to customize them for you.
Also note: If you prefer not to track food, let your coach know — there’s plenty other ways we can build awareness and map out your plan.
