We’re so excited to dive in! Here’s what you can expect throughout the 6 weeks of the Limitless Challenge University.

COURSE OVERVIEW

We built the curriculum of the PAC Limitless Challenge around three pillars we believe to be essential to a High Performance Life:

MECHANICS | STRENGTH | CONDITIONING

Once you are registered, we’ll set you up with a coach to create a plan of action based on your goals and meet throughout the challenge.

You’ll choose a major from the 4 tracks:

  • MECHANICS: Zero in on your mobility goals

  • STRENGTH: Gain lbs on the bar and muscle on your bod

  • CONDITIONING: Train for a race or simply be able to outrun your kids chasing you

  • TRANSFORMATION: Level up with proper nutrition built around your goals, composition and lifestyle

*choose 1 as your major (main measurable focus over 6 weeks) Other 3 become your minors for a balanced program. 

1. HOMEWORK:

  • ROADMAP TO RESULTS WEBINAR - At your convenience, dive into the Nutrition Masterclass — a video series led by Pieter + Emylee that breaks down our philosophy on nutrition, how to begin thinking about building your nutrition plan, and what you can expect over the challenge. Your coach will help you build your program over 6 weeks, but the more you can educate yourself on the principles, the more successful your challenge will be.

    • 90 minute webinar broken down into short digestible bits

  • JOURNAL - Pick up locally, get it mailed to you, OR get the digital copy!

  • FOOD LOG - For those who want to dive into nutrition, we recommend seeing 2-5 days of a food log (written down OR in an app like Macrostax) in order to give you better customized guidance. Once you get paired with a coach, look out for an email from Macrostax inviting you to join the Pharos team. Create an account and start scoping out the app and how to easily log your food.

    • Please note: Macrostax will create macros for you, but disregard them until your coach has had a chance to customize them for you.

    • Also note: If you prefer not to track food, let your coach know — there’s other ways to build intuition and map out your plan.

2. START SLOW + BUILD EVERY WEEK

  • The first week is designed as Orientation Week, a time for preparation and slow onramp to fitting the puzzle pieces of nutrition, fitness, health + happiness into your busy schedule. We have a lot to explore, but commit to starting slow. Steady wins the race…

Sunday April 13th 1pm - Informational Kick Off Q+A Seminar with Coach Emylee + Pieter via Zoom

Monday April 21st - Challenge Start Date + Orientation Week Kick Off

Sunday April 27th 1pm - Weekly Mastermind Zoom Checkin

Sunday May 4th 1pm - Weekly Mastermind Zoom Checkin

Saturday May 10 1pm - Halfway All Group Zoom Check In?

Sunday May 18th 1pm - Weekly Mastermind Zoom Checkin

Saturday May 25th 1pm - Weekly Mastermind Zoom Checkin

Saturday May 31st - Retest PAC Benchmark Competition at each location + Redondo Beach Party

Sunday June 1st - Last day of Challenge - to submit final scores/InBody Scan. No submissions will be accepted after deadline.

Saturday June 7 12pm - End of Challenge Team Brunch + Award Show

  • Brunch with food + fun provided for all challengers to celebrate our overall winners and praise some awesome achievements

HOW DO YOU WIN THE CHALLENGE?

In addition to results that you can measure on and off the scale that EVERYONE can benefit from throughout the challenge, we do reward the high achievers who are looking to win big.

Surveys for points and reflection are sent weekly on Sunday at 8am. You have until Tuesday 10pm to complete before survey closes.

In weeks 2-6, you can get points for the following:

WORTH 2 POINTS PER DAY

  • Work Out (class or open gym)

  • Repair/pilates/yoga 

  • Track your food (app or journal)

WORTH 1 POINT PER DAY

  • Journal Entry

  • Post on Instagram (tag #paclimitlesschallenge + @pharosechopark / @pharosidyllwild)

  • 2nd workout per day (max 3 points per week)

  • Get Outside - Walk/Run at least 1 mile

  • Massage / Physical Therapy / Chiro / Reformer (max 5 points throughout  challenge)

POST CHALLENGE BODY COMPOSITION SCORING OVER 6 WEEKS

  • WORTH 10 POINTS:  - .5lb fat loss

  • WORTH 20 POINTS: + .5 lb muscle gain

ADDITIONAL POINTS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT CHALLENGE

  • 10 Points for Attending each Skills Clinic!

  • Weekly Extra credit Challenges, workouts, skill development, seminars, charity, etc TBD
